Trotter's recipes published. The
Minnesota Homegrown Cookbook includes 100 recipes
from 31 of Minnesota's best restaurants that use fresh, locally grown ingredients
from regional farmers, markets, and organic producers. Trotter's contributed
four recipes and is one of two St. Paul cafes featured.
